A day i got a message/Email from BANK that

' Dear Customer,HOLD has been placed on your Acc XXXXX880080 for 5,00,000.00 for the reason HIGH RISK. '

And Then I Check status of my bank account From Net Banking then i saw

Available Balance: 0   &   Lien Amount: 5,00,000.00

I lost all my balance from savings account. Then I call to SBI Customer service 

CONTACT CENTRE

" Please Call SBI's 24X7 helpline number i.e. 1800 11 2211 (toll-free), 1800 425 3800 (toll-free) or 080-26599990. Toll free numbers are accessible from all landlines and mobile phones in the country."

Then SBI Contact Centre Customer Service Suggest me as :

Feel free and Don't worry that, you haven't lost your any account balance. Your Bank Account Placed on HOLD for the reason HIGH RISK. Set hold is as temporary block your account, only it is hold from withdrawing. There's nothing to panic. You have not lost those money. The hold can be released only by the branch which has set the hold, which is related to you. It's just that, sometimes, bank needs customer to visit branch for say loan irregularities, KYC Updation, Pending insurance on loan disbursement etc. Generally, people don't care on phone calls and never visits on mere request. So bank people create holds in customer account. Then only people care to visit branch to remove the hold. customer care said regarding this that you will have to visit your home branch of respective bank account for more information.

Then i went visit the SBI Bank Branch of My Bank Account respective Branch and Bank Manager said Write a Application to remove HOLD from High RISK and attached with this application -  Xerox COPY of Your Aadhar Card, PAN Card ,Bank Passbook & Last 1 Month of your transaction status. AND ENJOY With Our Bank Service.

Then i wrote a Letter(Application) which is given Below: i Hope and understand your this situation why you are here so follow this Steps : Copy This Application and Paste in Your Word File or where you want as well & you can also write with your handwriting with Pen on Paper so FILL the required statement as your Bank Details with your your personal  Information and Submit with required  Xerox copy of your government identity to the your respective Bank Branch  & Enjoy with Bank Service.
